Music Connection

Music Connection was conceived in 1992 by Marty McCrae, a radio broadcaster and club disc jockey. After thirteen years in broadcasting and a variety of club gigs, Marty was approached to provide music entertainment for a wedding reception. This party led to many others and Music Connection was born.

Since that time, Music Connection has grown into a full-service entertainment source. In 1996 we moved to a new store location, 1414 West Locust Street in Davenport, Iowa. And over time, Music Connection has grown to meet the needs of its varied clientele. We now employ five professionally trained, experience-proven DJs, who have been loyal to Music Connection's commitment of quality music entertainment. Our Quad-Cities DJ's know that the key to excellence in mobile entertainment is to utilize high-quality, reliable, light-weight equipment.

Marty retired in 2008 and Music Connection is now run by his son Tom. Tom has been working at Music Conneciton since it's inception and has been part of the local night club scene since 1998. Over the last several years Tom has taken Music Connection to a new level of entertainment excellence. Music Connection now offers full event lighting. Lighting and sound design and installation.
